Surfin’: Worst. Acting. Ever.

Ah, Days of Our Lives. I can leave Salem for years at a time and diss it like I never knew it, but when I caught this moment the other…well, day, I cuddled up with the stink maker and let the bad acting wash over me like Holy Water. There is nothing as pure and simple as Drake Hogestyn’s shameful, terrible, bad bad BAD acting. Love this show, please never let it die.

This is the show I work out to. How can I feel the burn, when in Salem all I feel is joy? Ah, Salem. Where happiness and Sammy having EJ’s baby, even though she is married to Lucas, whose mother is obsessed with her, and Stefano wants the baby’s stem cells, but doesn’t want to make a deal for just the cells he wants the fetus for “future” use, and Tony is back too, and Steve’s redheaded pretty daughter who left town while he was brainwashed to be EJ’s hitman, came back as a totally different girl(like Darren on Bewitched), and Hope still lookes EXACTLY the same as she did 20 years ago……so uh yeah, I catch Days sometimes is what I am trying to say. Good catch husband.

Wow this takes me back. I haven’t been able to witness John’s “smell the fart” acting since my college days, what with work and all, but I will never forget Kristin’s twin sister Susan and her Elvis-themed wedding to John Black.
It is so nice to see that not one of these people has aged a day. Marlena is 60 and looks younger than me, even after all she’s been through (death, Our House, demon possession, turning into a tiger, being locked in a birdcage by Stefano….)

Did the guy bite his tongue when he read the script, and couldn’t speak? That scene takes bad acting to a new level.
